My New Years Make Over

Well it all started when I broke my UMI pole in the beginning of November.
While waiting for my claim and the ski just sitting there the little gears in my head started to turn.

So I picked up the phone and called Paul at Lehr Performance. Well after my phone call I was going to be waiting on a 61X surf port job, lightened flywheel, 33cc domes and pistons and all that stuff.

Now while waiting on the pole and the motor work I did some mild body work and got the hull re painted.

Well now its all said and done and I'm breaking it in. The motor feels real strong, just need to do some carb adjusting.

Took some pics but their not the greatest. There is also another new addition you will see in the pic's:woot:

It does look great, but I assume you plan to ad a coupler cover?

my experience without one and an open air filter like that wasnt good!

that pole paint is awesome!

Great looking ski. Was the single stage paint easy to put on? Did you spray it or roll it? I am in the process of painting my ski and debating on one stage or two stage. I just want to make sure I go with something easy and will look good.
