So, the RedLine PWC oiL I used before was ASH-LES the HPI I use now is Low-Ash and the Dominator you guys are talking me into is HIGH ASH. (Or HIGH ASH LIKE)

I'm guessing more ash = more protection but like in my previous post more smoke... so

How can they have ASH-LESS and Heavy-Ash and they both protect near the same??

Does the ash-less use checmicals or what?

And what is YAMALUBE? is it Ash-Less or what ?

The reason I ask is that the previous owner only ran yamalube and the Red Line PWC oiL I ran sounds almost identica to YamaLube and after my first tank of Amsoil the ski doesn't start or idle near as good as it did on redline, now I have 2 tanks through and the same problem doesn't idle as good as it did with red line and doesn't start up the very first time like it did w/red line.

Hmmm... maybe I should go back to redline if it's similiar to YamaLube and what was run previousl!! HMMM

OIL IS CONFUSING!

Run the correct oil for your application. Using any api-tc oil, which is a low ash oil, will leave deposits in all non powervalved skis.

If you must run amsoil, run the hp injector. However, I feel pennzoil 100% synthetic burns much cleaner than that for less of a price!!!!

I have the HP Injector, and that's what I've ran the last couple tanks... also when I started noticing not idling as good or starting as easy as whenI ran the RedLine PWC oil.
