I will be doing Alabama Southern Fried Catfish again and Hush Puppies... donations welcome but not required! Cold Bud Light or Mich Ultra appreciated. Gets hot cooking! Also plastic folding tables.


Need a good idea on how many people will be here this year. Last year I think we had the perfect amount of fish, year before I had way to much. We threw away alot of cooked and gave away some uncooked.

I'll be bringing a crock pot full of something previously frozen again. The pot literally cooked a block of ice all day Saturday and we had some yummy ass pot roasted steak that evening!!!
