Other Need help changing forum background color

I'm too stupid to figure this out ...!! Was informed at the bottom of the " Home Page " there is an option to change screen colors for this board.
I have spent too much time trying to open every option .... AND still can't figure out the pathway of clicks.....

Can anyone more proficient in "IT" possibly post up a link that solves my problem ?

After the upgrades this week, there is only 1 theme, the dark one Shades of Grey.

somehow now my side tool bar shows up better. I couldn't see it before ??
