Waveraider mount's in a SN ?

Will Raider mount's work in a SN with a 62t 701? Basically hoping to put the same motor and mount's ect. from a waveraider into a SN we know the mid shaft is different and the pump is different also going with a wetjet pipe modified. Any advice/foresight would be appreciated thank's.

no but you can use the SN motor mounts with the raider motor. the midshaft housing is the same if the sn is 94 or 95 but the shaft is different.

Yes, the raider mounts will work (same bolt pattern and angle). However, they are a little taller than the superjet mounts. If motor is sitting too high, then you can adjust mounts outward by making the holes in the mounts a little bigger so you can move them outward in the hull to drop the motor.

Ok so it sound's like they might work LOL anyone else got input. TanMan is doing this build and is in the process of reinforcing, foothold's, paint ect. he does not mind buying some mount's there is still time if they are needed so far we are 1 to 1 anyone else please. Thank's guy's I just want to be sure.

I have no personal experience with the Raider mounts but I remember reading somewhere here about guys choosing to use them in Superjets because they are a little more burly. I don't know it they were talking RN or SN if that matters but they were running them deliberately.

jetmaniac said it, they are taller, and need to be decked around 3mm at the base.
They are a bit stronger than the normal SJ ones.
