Carb Jetting Help...

Ok, LBE and I switched setups... I am getting his single 46mm w/ BCW intake and spacer plate.

My setup:

• 701cc 81mm bore standard stroke
• mild porting and clean up work
• carbon tech reeds w/ stuffers
• MSD enhancer
• ADA head w/ 35cc dome making 175psi per cyl
• b-pipe w/ single front exhaust and stock water box
• standard weight flywheel

what should my jetting and carb setting be??? Also, where do I start the high and low screws at? Is there a specific spot, like 1 turn out or something???

The carb was jetted and setup for a big bore 760cc and currently has:

150 mail
120 pilot
2.3 needle and seat
95 gram spring

Will this work for my setup????

I have a very similar setup.

46mm black jack
701 81.25mm 61x cylinder
Ported by jetworks for surf riding
MSD enhancer
riva single conversion manifold
V Force II reeds
OEM FA
b pipe with mod chamber
175 psi
light flywheel

I'm not 100% certain but I believe my carb setup is at the following

2.5 N&S
95 spring (dull silver) putting out about 17psi pop off
135 main
130 pilot

1 1/4 low screw
1 1/2 high screw

Per recommendations by Art at Jetworks, I used the exact same jetting that I was using before porting the cylinder. I only turned the high screw out another 1/4 turn and my ski freakin rips.

I have the jetting written down at home... I'll look when I get there and report back.

k just looked at my notes

i can't tell whether I wrote 125 main or 135 main

and 130 pilot

dull silver

2.5 N&S

I'm leaning more towards the 135 main.
