i had a tire do this a few years ago.when it came apart it beat the crap out of the rear quarter panel of my suburban

i wonder how you can tell if your tires are part of the recall?i have pro comp extreme a/t's on my truck now but they are 305/75/17's

There have been 2 RECALLS within one year for Pro Comp.......
16 inch and 20 inch. Pro Comp is also having major problems with its M/T's for cracks in the sidewall

that pisses me off... some of those tires are pretty damned expensive.

I was looking at a set of Cooper Discoverer S/T and Pro Comp Xtreme A/Ts for my new truck...

guess i just stick with the Nitto Terra Grapplers - I've had no issues with them...

Our Big-O tire recently blew on us because of a tire tumor. I managed to keep the truck on the road, or our vehicle woulda looked like that pic.

I don't think Our tire was in the recall list...

that one looks like it was ours. we caught it Just in time last year.

last year we went through 5 rear HT tread tires of different brands on our RACE RV.

the worst being two EXPLODING at the same time at 70mph on the thruway in boise, ID.

toy hauler RV's are not made for much weight. unless you get the big$$$ ones.
