AM flame arrestors w/ Outerwears like Art likes ? Wondering about dual 61x airboxes on BJ'S and expensive adapters ?

If you take that advice Matt, I have a 14/19 prop on my mag that I'm looking to repitch to 13/18. Maybe a trade would be better. I haven't measured my outer diameter clearance yet though.

You can call a hull yours when you've modified it enough to be happy with all aspects of it.

F/A's: I was talking to Art about this yesterday. He said you don't necessarily have to have the expensive adapters. You can invert the oem base and somehow make it work. Myself, I like running proks.

Impellers: that may be an option. I'll know more once I get a little closer to water testing it

Notice how wide the intake is and how the hull is a bit concave right before the intake.

Fitting the intake grate (Perfect fit!), plus a couple of stock length Superjet plates on there. Yah, it's short!

The battery tray. I was confused when I looked at it and had to call Tem/Nancy to figure it out. You just run a single strap looped underneath the plate.
Metal battery box for sale I suppose.

Matt...get one of the large bpipe coupler-metal gasket holders for ur battery...Deka EXT-9. It's easy to secure/unsecure and the battery is super secure. I tried a one-piece velcro that strapped to itself, but it disentigrated on me after lots of fuel, oil, water spilled on it.

I spent a few hours today installing a stock waterbox, stock tank, the motor, and some other stuff. I also weighed just about everything.

140 Mag pump complete with impeller, shaft, Wammer trim + cable + lever - 22.6 lbs
Stock waterbox with two very short elbows on it - 5.4 lbs
Motor + ebox + head pipe + mid shaft assembly - 87.4 lbs
    Stock tank - 5.8 lbs
4 Motor mounts plus 2 Kenney Keepers - 1.4 lbs
    Intake grate (W201) - 1.25 lbs
Long exhaust hose - 2.8 lbs
Handle bars, grips, throttle, s/s switch - 2.4 lbs
    Jetworks battery - 13.2 lbs
    B-Pipe chamber - 3.9 lbs

    Totals up to 150.06 lbs
I think I may be able to get under 250lbs for the complete ski.

Pretty much everything bolted right up. I had to elongate mounting holes in one motor mount (and Kenney Keeper)
    Pictures:

The stock tank is a bit of a tight fit in this hull.

This hull is a pain in the ass on a stand, it's got too much rocker!

Cold Fusion ebox mount - seems to fit like a glove above the front foothold, but I have not actually mounted it yet.

B-pipe chamber install is easier than in a Superjet. More room.

Head pipe and tank stick out a bit above the hull, but the hood fits fine.

Trying to see if the Watcon hood seal will work.

I'll wash it with some simple green, but it always ends up looking like that after a season.

It's Chucky who mounts the carbs backwards, not Art.
