For those of you setting up your trailers this is what I came up with to attach the bow of my ski. It's made for the early Sea Doo's.

you guys pamper your freaks, I just have a stainless u-bolt with a backing plate, works like a charm. And cost about 5.00

My trailer doesn't have a winch strap so I'm working on a tie down hook and thinking about something for the back

All I have is a stainless u bolt from the hardware store and backer. I don't have a winch on the trailer so this works well and is really secure.

And yes.....I pamper my freak

I was looking at that same stolz piece... glad to know it works. I dont have a winch on my trailer - those are for couches and SXR's!
However, being that my freak is unusable right now, the trailer is not much of a concern.

Crab and jamesgunter68, the only thing worse than waiting for a freak is having one that's unrideable!!!

I'm not going to lie I pamper mine with lots of power, and bolt ons. but I ride the Sheet out of it! thats I think Why Ed and I are the only ones to successfully crack our hoods.
