Andy Bell while shooting for mtv thrill billies thought it would be cool to jump one of mtv's corparate suv's and Overjumped the landing (landed on the grill then rolled forward on to it's top) and totalled the suv.The cameras where rolling but it can not be used because the vehicle did not have a roll bar in it.He is now paying for that Suv with his thrill billie mtv earnings.Ha,ha,ha

the video of them @ Miller Motorsports Park where they broke all the records the one day. there is supposed to be a segment of andy bell breaking the drift world record....

it never aired because about a month a go Vaugh Gitten Jr. broke the record in a bone stock 2010 Mustang GT. Gitten did a true drift, going in a straight line and hucking the wheel into a slide.... bell basically slid himself around a skidpad testing circle.

If TP had stuck a backy it would have made TV. The nitro circus crew was humbled and didn't want the viewers who ideolize them to see that there is something that they aren't capable of.

omg tp cant bf on a ski wouldnt want anyone to de ideolize him, cause a double backflip on a 250 pound dirtbike isnt near as cool as doing a backflip on a ski into water.

Travis Pastrana is a non assuming down to earth guy that has found something that he can make a very good living at.The comment that Andy Bell made was not Serious.All you guys flipping and rolling.Move on to a new trick you invented.Make a name for yourself.Not saying Tp invented moto flip.Would be cool to see more stuff being done in the surf.

I had the opportunity to meet TP a year ago. he really is a goofy down to earth guy in person. specially drunk ;).

That show like most MTV things are just bastardized clips thrown together in a 30 minute format to sell commercials. but it is quite entertaining. Most of the clips are all repeats and short segments of larger DVD video.

Im sure they will recycle some of the jetski footage at a later date. they just do short segments to keep the average attention span MTV viewer happy. if any segment is over 2.5 minutes long. kids today change the channel if they get bored.

Exposure is exposure.. just sad that it was mostly jackass surf tubeing.

but i did feel like trying tubing in surf after watching that.. ive only ridden one on flat water.

my favorite part of videos such as thrillbillies, all my crazy friends, the crusty series, whisky series, etc. isnt necessarily the riding, but the stupid stuff they do in between. us jet skiers see people riding/flipping jet skis all the time. i for one want to see something different. i like all the stupid stuff they do on nitro circus and will continue to tivo it every week.

bottom line of this thread.
A. There wasn't freeride on nitro circus. There was a shot of the skis and that was it.
B. There is free ride on thrill billys. It's online right now. Even though it was from 2 years ago. Either way, it's there.
