Ok so here is the deal...more specific details will follw but here is the gist.
Two day freeride clinic at Oceanside, CA on Feb 17th and 18th. With instructors Taylor Curtis, Randy Lane, Mike Serlin, Eddie Bettencourt, Vince Colft, Jerry Jones, Luke Monson, Derek Gleeson, Brad Weis and myself. Just so there is no confusion, this is not a sanctioned event by myself or anyone else. Just an informal get together to help out our brother Joe in his time of need.
Saturday morning we will meet at 7am so everyone can meet and get to know each other and develop a plan as to what everyone's goals are. Then in the water by8. The insturctors are there to help, watch and put on a bit of a show, but the primary focus will be on helping you achieve your goals what ever they are. The session will also be filmed and we can go over the video that evening. The following day will be another ride in the AM to help you guys reach your goals.
This clinic will be beneficial for all skill levels or riders on all types of craft.
Please find details about the instructors in the posts below.
All donations raised for this clinic will go to Joe's fund. The minum donation for the clinic will be $200 with a suggested donation of $400.
Ok guys...lets step it up and show support for Joe! I promise that you will come away from this with some improved skills, new friends, and will have seen some of the best freeriders in the sport. From the legends to the new crew...

When it comes to Personal Watercraft, SuperJets, JetSkis, Waverunners, and anything else that blasts across the water, Randy Laine is considered the top all-around rider. Magazines, film crews, live productions, race teams, special events, and some of the best extreme athletes all look to Randy as the man they want piloting their machines as he is the one with the experience to pull off anything they need.
One on one instruction from Randy Laine!!!!!!!! You guys can't miss this, talk about a once in a life time opportunity!
This guys has been in more magazines, movies, commercials, etc involving personal water craftthan anyone else on the planet. And believe me when I tell you that he is still one of the best surf riders in the world today.

Bio:
Factory Yamaha pilot Taylor Curtis has been riding watercraft for 16 years and doing competition/ freeride trips for the past 7 years, receiving over 110 pictorials in numerous watercraft magazines and videos. If you have been in a hole for the past 7 years and missed all the coverage this guy has gotten, you just might remember him from winning the last stop of the IFWA world tour that was held in the US, beating the best the world has to offer.
Further, Taylor is a very skilled and proficent tow surfer and is more than qualified to teach that as well.
Just IMO, but Taylor has the most amazing style in the surf. He is always WFO and does the most insane re-entries out there. All this and he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet in person.
One on one instruction with Taylor Curtis...tell me where else you are going to be able to get that?

Bio:
At 24 years of age Professional Freerider/Stuntman Mike Serlin spends virtually every day of the week in the water. He can either be found at Universal studios Hollywood working at the Waterworld Stuntshow performing stunts in front of thousands of spectators daily, or in Oceanside California riding his standup watercraft in the surf with the rest of the O’side crew. He enjoys launching himself and his ski off waves into spectacular aerial maneuvers trying to “One up” his fellow riders. His passion for freeride jetskiing has led him to become one of the top Professional Freeriders in the country and he strives to expand the popularity of the sport by bringing exposure through magazine, video, and television shoots.
You guys all know Mike from the boards here and many of you have met him in person. I have told Mike since we first started riding together that I thought he would be the next big name in the sport, and as you guys know he is becoming just that.
If you have never seen a double roll in person, this might just be a good opportunity to see it up close...
Now where else are you gonna get that...hmmm?
Do it!

Eddie Bettencourt rode his first jet ski at the age of 9 and started riding consistently at the age of 12. Having grown up on jet skis and living near the surf of Half Moon Bay California, Eddie began riding in the ocean at 15 years old . This is where he found his real passion for the sport, free riding.
Eddie rides both stand up and sit down jet skis, and is a well rounded surf rider. He has appeared in the magazine Personal Watercraft Illustrated 3 times, and was recently in an action sports tv show on Fox Sports.
Inspired by freestyle moto, Eddie is always trying to emulate similar tricks on the water. Ready to tackle any surf conditions with big aerial maneuvers and a unique style of surf riding, Eddie is always pushing the free riding limits.
Eddie is the deffinition of smooth! Wheather he is doing a 25 foot roll on his FX1 or Blaster the guy just plain throws down. He is the first guy I ever saw roll the blaster in person, and IMO is the undisputed king of release tricks on the Blaster in this country. Eddie always pushes me to go bigger and do dumber things...and he is a great teacher. Just as an aside...he is also probably the nicest guy you will ever meet.
