Ive never winched but a buddy's cousin just picked up a winch so I might try it soon. MasterCraft is still #1 in my book or at least until I sell and move on hah

Malibu vlx or 23lsv is where it is at. I am on my second vlx. When you spend that much money on a boat you should have a nice and large wake out of the box (without having to add additional weight). Had to include an old video from 2004 that I thought y'all would enjoy:

Exactly, I used to like the looks of the mastercrafts but after spending some time and looking at the prices i was like why mastercraft? Dont get me wrong, superb boats but i really like the new features the malibus have to offer and the power wedge makes a better wake than any mastercraft with sacs of water in them. lol seems like the water sacs (ballasts) are a little old fashioned.

Well our lsv hasn't lasted for :-):-):-):-). Taken it to the shop 100 times. Now the ballast stop working. That's y we are selling it for another xstar....

Boat was bought bran new. Wish it wouldn't have broke all the time. She sure does put out a sexy wake.
