well,i blew the motor in my fx1 and i have a 62t to drop in. my question is this. will the 61 electronics work with the 62t. ebox, stator and flywheet would the effect be if i run dual 44 carbs...

got it running. just need to adjust the carb now. thanks everyone

replaced the stator and now it turns over and backfires about every other time

i tested the stator and have to replace it. its pulled out now and im just waiting for the new one to get here?

here is the problem. it turns over just fine. when i first hit the ignition it wil try to fire then just turn over. carb was rebuilt right after i got it. i just replaced the ignition coil yesterday....

Folks im new to all this but looking at things to better my 94 fx1 i would have to take another job to compete. and i made 75550 last year. after reading what people said in this thread it seems like...

i have looked for the same thing. for some reason i have 1 5/8 turn low and 1 7/8 turn high dtuck in my head. and i want to sat its in the service manual. somewhere.
