Lol, wasn’t my first choice either.

I rolled my eyes at Enrique but figured Pitbull might be worth it but it was actually the other way round.

Between dinner, our bar tab and the concert, I put $1400 on my card tonight and the company picked it all up so I’d hardly call it a punishment.

And what the f*ck is wrong with people today???? I didn’t catch a single whiff of weed tonight! I rate concerts by the amount of weed in the stands and this one got a D-!!!!!!!

If you’re still in Houston we have strict concert venues lol you’ll only really smell weed at smaller venues... house of blues Houston I’m assuming or warehouse?

So.....I leave Cleveland to go and see a junkyard Peterbilt 362 in Columbus. About half way down I call my friend @blaster800 just to see if he wanted to tag along and check it out. He didn't answer so I left a quick message with barely any information! I just said I might grab a windshield frame out of a old truck. My plan was to check it out and see if the windshield frame was salvageable and if so conceive of someway to get it out. I figured I would get a room and buy some tools locally and get to work. I pull in to pick up Frank and he already has a bunch of tools ready to go and a plan in his head!

So we roll in not really knowing what to expect. We talk to the guys inside and head out to see the rig.

More to come!

So the deal with Peterbilt 362's is that the only part of the cab that is made from steel is the windshield frame. They are no longer produced and the only way to get one is to find one and surgically remove it!

We started by grinding off the rivet heads and prying a little just to see what was going on.

We quickly realized it was going to be a bigger project and more tools would be needed.

Frank and his wife fed me and put me up for the night and Frank and I went back at it this morning.

All of that....for this....because someone decided to destroy the stamping die AND sell the last one without 3D scanning it first! Rumor has it the final windshield frame in existence sold for 5k.
