TPE 1035 review

I can't find so much information about the 1035 engine actually?

Or everyone go biggeer and buy the 1105 engine instead maybe?

Tell me more about the 1035!

Thanks!

Just because its a TPE 1035 doesn't mean they all will perform the same. The level or porting an knowledge going into one is what makes a good motor a great motor. Lehr has my 1035 absolutely ripping. Super super impressive.

I've riden for a good amount of tray time the TPE 964, 1105, 1035, and 900CO. The 1105 is scary and I love mine. My buddy has the 1035 and I'm very impressed by it as well. As for power they are each a bit different, the answer to which motor you are going to run depends on riding style, budget, bolt onS, and riding goals. I have riDen all motors in flat water so I wouldn't be a testament for surfablilities even tho I have seen a lot of them in surf boats as well.

The power levels from the 964-1105 are just that. The bigger you go the more performance but not always the reason to buy a certain motor. The bigger the motor the more of a need or desire for the more expensive bolt ons.

All in all I like the 1035 and it has helped my buddy really progress. But hE also had the money to build the boat righT ((155/49s/msd). For someone newer to big motors the 1035 is great for strong power without theoverwhelming power of the 1105 some might feel. Also the price is lower, and with the 4mil stroke vs the 10 mil you should have a long lasting motor before needing a rebuild.

Thanks guys!

As usual this forum gives you good and clear answers!

Im thinking about to buy one 1035 to put in my Hurricane c3.
And with this setup
Msd tl
Pfp pipe
Novis 48
Maxx 155

And i think this ski will be awesome after all..

And unfortunately it's not many freestyle skis here in sweden, so it's hard to find skis with different setups to compare..

Well you have the proper bolt ons, was just making sure you didn't want to run bpipe/44s/ and MSD enhancer lol. My buddy has a very similar parts list and the ski is a rocket. I have thought to sell my 1105 and grab a 1035 that was available. Very capable motor for sure. Currently it is setup for pump gas (he runs 91 and one gallon of 110 to be safe), not sure your gas situation but the motor can do it all without needing to spend $10 per gallon fuel
