Mr Tynan accepted an order from me for a complete v2 system. As I was going on vacation the following week he had stated to me that he would ship while I was on vacation so I could receive it when I returned. While on vacation he called me and told me he was missing certain parts that he needed to make a complete system so shipping would be delayed. After vacation, I heard from Tim again and he then stated he had not received the required parts and that he was going to take them off his own personal "shop" jet ski that had not been ridden. I was fine with this. He stated that his wife would ship on Friday (I asked him to send a tracking number) Friday came and went with no tracking number...after a few texts he stated that the post office was closed 1/2 day for veterans day and that his wife would ship on Saturday...Saturday came and went with once again texts sent by me asking for a tracking number. He finally contacted me on Sunday and said he was out of town and that his wife got the box wet and post office would not accept...I said OK..send on Monday..he said OK....Monday came and went with no tracking number...texts where sent and then he called me late Monday night and said his wife was sick Monday and could not send it and assured me that it would be sent on Tuesday...I reminded him to make sure all parts where included in box as he had to "swap out" the box that was "supposedly" wet....Did not hear back from him for another day...Texting him yet again, he finally stated that he was headed to Fed-ex to ship and I finally received a tracking number from him. Saturday the pipe arrived missing a coupler, water Ts, jet for spray bar, one 90 degree for manifold, and two hose clamps, water filter for T bar (of course I made it quite clear to Tim that I wanted a complete system during negotiations at purchase.) Speaking to him several times and texts over weekend netted NO commitment to send...after repeated texts and a couple of conversations, Mr Tynan said he must have left coupler in his car and previous conversations Mr Tynan stated he also forgot to put water Ts in box....Monday I texted Tim to see if he shipped or asked for a refund no response...At this time, I was beyond Pissed! Finally today after several texts/emails the issue was put to rest by Mr Tim Tynan...he stated due to my lack of compassion for his personal problems and that I asked for a refund four times he said "send it back" I told him that it was a pain and I would just keep pipe and I would be satisfied with 100 refunded to correct the missing parts..I did ask for a refund multiple times but got to thinking about it and did not want to take a chance that the pipe would go back and He would "forget" to refund and I would ultimately be in a 3 month credit card dispute issue. I just received a email for him saying "basically" good luck and I was a self centered,UN- compassionate person because I did not care about his personal issues/drama...guess what, I DONT. IT WAS MY MONEY AND ALL I WANTED IS WHAT I PAID FOR IN THE TIME PROMISED!
