Designed to prevent water from rushing back up your exhaust tube while maintaining a compact size, this waterbox is laser cut and CNC bent from corrosion-resistant 5052 aluminum before being TIG welded. As soon as water starts to flow back into the box, the hinged aluminum flap closes tight against the baffle, significantly limiting flow back into the box while allowing exhaust gasses to flow freely once you're back on the throttle.

This video shows a couple of the bench tests performed to simulate hypothetical situations that could cause significant amounts of water to rush back into the exhaust. I used the popular PFP and TNT waterboxes as benchmarks.

Didn't run one but got to see the build quality and just like the fuel cells it's is second to none. Love to see you actually got these out for people to actually try and review before rushing it to market unlike 99% of the other guys. nice job and perfect execution!!

The flap and hinge are made from 5052 while the pin is made from hard-anodized 6061. The excess oil and carbon deposits from the exhaust also help protect and lubricate the parts. As long as you flush your ski after riding salt, or at least give it a quick blip to clear out the box, you shouldn't have a problem.
