Don't know where to start. Make a wide U turn. Don't worry with that fast slide 180. Just turn back into the direction you were coming from. As you approach the setup pale make a small hop in the opposite direction you are wanting to go. Then crank the bars the opposite direction and force the bars over while lifting the back of the ski up. You may want to try this without the setup wave also.

Shorter pole will help, but not 100% needed.
Just go to do your 180, when you start to leave the water, lean it over to the side and get up over the pole. Push down on the nose as you get over the bars. Easy as that. You'll do it in no time. The more you go over the side, the more inverted it will get.

Here is a video of me doing a "Bronco Dive" nose stab on a JS 550/750 conversion ski.. Really pretty easy. Just let the nose drop, raise the back of the ski with you heals as you toss the ski to the side.

Sorry about the barking dog on the pontoon..

those high speed nose stabs are all fine and dandy if you know how to do them, but I've seen several guys have to head to the hospital to get stitched up because of those. if you mess up, it wads you up in the dash or between the hood and pole. they are gay anyway!
when doing a proper slow U turn stab, you have to try and pull your heels to your ass. that's what gets the nose down and the tail up. they are basically just a transition trick that eventually gets you to a barrel roll.
when I used to ride a superjet, I could do a barrel roll like that. hop it one way a bit and as soon as it bounces, crank it the other way. they are hard work and also dangerous.

You should jump off a bridge!
