    New cylinder:
PJS 700 cylinder (79mm bore) T3 ported by Jensen, who ported a lot of the Kawi/PJS race engines back in the day
Never been ran, no hardware just the cylinder.
    $275 shipped

    The second cylinder/head setup:
79mm PJS 700 also ported. It does not have "T3" engraved that I can see but I did map the porting and it is very close to the other T3 cylinder I have. For what it's worth the EX port timing is the same however the transfers are slightly more aggressive. This cylinder comes with a head that needs to be cleaned up before use. A dremel could be used and it will still work fine but the next owner may want to have the domes cut and resized depending on the setup and fuel desired. Some of the hardware off this cylinder is missing. I will also include the piston that was damaged to be used as a template for the piston ports if the actual PJS Wiseco pistons are not located. The bores do have some light vertical scoring. The cheap route would be to locate 79mm pistons and drill the holes as necessary (if they are regular 650 pistons) and just hone the cylinder. Ideally, one would want to bore to 79.5 or 80mm with new pistons.

Cylinder with head setup = SOLD
I will throw in a used copper head gasket and the damaged PJS piston to be used as a template if you buy regular 650 pistons.

The other parts / mods needed to run this setup:
    - 79-80mm pistons (yes you can still find these)
    - Misc hardware studs, nuts etc. (John at JSU probably still has plenty)
    - Any 750 / 800 intake / reed cages will bolt up to the PJS cylinder (easy to find and your carb options are endless)
    - The only unique gasket is the head gasket which a used one will be included (Cometic has made these gaskets for people in the past and I have the Cometic numbers if you wish to call and have new gaskets made) Everything else is either a 650 or 750/800 gasket...
    - Given it is a reed inducted cylinder you will have to modify a stock set of 650 cases and make you own block off plates
    - The cases will also need to be opened up for the larger bore pistons

    Other options:
    - You could ditch the conventional 650 bottom end idea and build a PJS Stroker engine just by building on a set of 750 small pin or big pin cases. Then finding pistons is not an issue whatsoever. I am doing this on a PJS800 (building on 750 big pin bottom end and almost complete)
