You'll be done just in time for a winter ride!

If it got finished before ice melted I would find open water, doubt that will be the case. The hull still needs some major loving. Hopefully within a week I’m shaping up the bottom deck of the nose again. On another note I picked up some used rrp bars. They were not in mint condition, lots of scratches and hack saw cut off ends. I brought them to work and made each end of the bar the same length from the center as well as clean up the ends for the heck of it. Sand blasted and powdercoated ink black and they are good as new! Also motor cylinder is on getting bored out and pistons and gasket it are on order!

Still getting at it. Layed a little carbon on the underside where the pole will mount. Make a new cut accord the front of the nose and this girl looks about 20 years younger. Photo takes right after cut so still needs sanding. And I’m nearly ready to build the fourth bottom deck nose. Oh and I got a set of ported cases coming to me, aswell as my ported cylinder is going to be picked up tomorrow with some other motor parts, with a fresh bore! Whoop whoop getting excited!

With everything else in the motor being new I’m not going to risk running the crank, 2 bearings feel a little iffy one f them makes noise and appears to be pitted out a little. Not worth the risk.

That’s how you should have done it the first time. Looks great!

Yeah its all a learning process and I was afraid to cut to much off the ski. Though if I were to do it again no fear in cutting anything and cutting lots. But ya it’s finally looking right. I should have some tubbies showing up today!
