Riva pipe vs Factory B pipe on DASA 900

need some decent opinions please.....Is the performance of a F B pipe significantly better than a Riva pipe bolted to a 900 DASA dual 48 mm Novis, MSD enhancer. (and at what RPM)
I have a spare Riva in hand but would still need to find a clean B pipe (if its waaaay better) to drop into my 50CAL surf build. I have run my 900 DASA and 1100 TPE in my Freak using both the B pipe and then the Power Factor pipe and know that the PFP makes a huge difference throughtout the rev range, both motors.

tks

The riva red will need the stinger size played with and updates to where the water goes into the chamber so it can be tuned like the B. The riva red cast around 41mm exit where the B pipes are about 47mm. Huge difference

If both pipes are tuned the B pipe will give slightly better bottom but overall the Red will make more mid/top. Again tuned to the motor size/rpm.

That’s great info thank you....I could probably open up the riva exit before it enters the water box ..if that’s where the restriction is...please clarify

Yes. You got it. But most Powerfactors are smaller than a b pipe too. So it alll about your setup. Fuel, timing and pump load. 44mm on a riva red will definitely give it some hit and on your motor size it’s a good idea.
