OEM 155 Pump Talk

I've got up to 90.5mm max bore on a stock nozzle. Im also considering trying to reinforce the nozzle with glass and carbon and then boring it bigger to see if a larger nozzle combo works better...ex 12/18 prop with 89mm nozzle vs 13/19 prop with 93mm nozzle. I'm curious if anybody has done any testing like this and what their results were
Did you have any issues with stock nozzle being bored to 91.5 ? I have mine at 90.35.20150919_103359.jpg

Hey Freestylers, I have bought a Obsession Freestyle hull for flatwater. The hull is ready for a 155 oem pump. I will use a ported 850cc big bore engine (no PV), 44 carbs, and Im not sure maybe PFP or B pipe. Is this engine big enough for that big pump or is it better to use a 144?

If the engine is big enough, which pitch do you would use and which nozzle and bore?

I checked with TBM they don't make a 155mm super pump cone. I think someone had said they modified a 144. What is involved with that?

That looks a lot different than the 96 B2 set up without trim or the 97 B2 set up with trim.....

8 vein big hub, weld the 4 long bolt holes closed and re drill appropriately. Go to town with a aluminum flapper on the stator section and you now have a 155 8 vein mag. That fits a old style 155 reduction and wear ring. Different bearings It runs 3 front seals stock I lathed it down to run 1 and also get the clearance for the impellors. I blue printed mine.
