Never ride alone!

You guys will be disappointed, No helmet on I got my world rocked. I can’t remember the sheriffs pulling me in with the paddle boarder or the ambulance ride. I lost like 20 hours of consciousness I think. I did it on Sunday and I only recall today...

Big kahuna, I love rolls, been trying to perfect them on my short -7 superfreak it’s pretty hard to keep her flat she’s full carbon. You probably love your edge? That’s a nice ski! It was a choppy day with sit down guys getting to lose to me,a lot went wrong I should have made the call to stay safe but a lot of people were out just to watch Me. I hope you guys don’t learn the hard way like me. it’s not worth it. My two baby girls watched most all of it happen, they remember more then me and it makes me feel bad.

I've shaddered a couple helmets and have had a minor concussions all while wearing a helmet. Luckily I land most my flips and rolls now a days, and know how to crash and keep the ski off of me, but I still wont ride without a helmet. Glad your ok.

I just bought a new helemet, snell, dot, ece and mips all in one. It about 3lbs a bit heavy, but gotta keep that noggin safe. 2 weeks ago I hit my head on the water, not the ski and got a concussion. Threw up a few hrs later and was spinning for days. Was exhausted for about a week. I typically sleep 6-7 hrs and the following few days I slept 14+hrs a day.

Last week I broke the face off my helmet doing barrell rolls on my x2, but i kept all my teeth. No concussion but i did manage to bruise my ribs. So I'm out for a few weeks. Let that body heal. Funny how as we age these i juries take longer to heal and they seem worse.

Fancy fate

Can't have anything nice.

First season flat water flipping(not landing them yet) jumped to a v-wake an tossed on my helmet. Ovp/chin pad went through. When I ride alone I wear a helmet. I can flatwater flip now but I'll always wear a helmet for boat wake or v-wake for sure. It could have been way worse.
