I ordered a CDI for a Kawasaki and received a cup for a golf cart. The phone number on the website does not work, the live chat they offer does not work. I emailed the company notifying them of the mistake. They offered to send a replacement but now the part will be a week later for a customers ski. They do not offer over night shipping or store credit and the best they could do was say sorry.

When I asked them about the phone number, live chat and the fact that the email came with no pint of contact they refunded the money so they don’t have to follow through with customer service.

What a joke.
