Well, most know the story, got this ski and Luke(Icerocket) wanted the 701, so I took the ski and gave him the motor in exchange for a modded 650. We through it together with a Coffman Pipe, Vortex Airfilter, MSD enhancer, High Compression head, some clean up porting, ride plate, intake grate, and looks like a S/S impeller.
The paint was kind of gross looking, cool design, just beat to ****, so my parents offered to paint it as a graduation present, so I siezed the moment. I ripped it apart in one day and took it to Crazy Joe in New Baltimore, Michigan the next day, and he started painting right away while I went out of town on vacation. I got to say, I think it turned out GREAT. I absolutely LOVE it, even though some say, "Wow, it sure is green..."
My favorite part is the handlepole.
Here she is, I didnt put it back together yet.
I still have to turf, reinstall the pump, put a new bracket on, and put my re-jetted carb on. It's all smooth sailing from here thankfully, so soon I'll be out on the water. :Banane01:
