Wrong just wrong. They obviously should have been more carefull, but being shot for heading back to where they came from on the Texas lake is just ridiculous. The PWC riders were probably not armed and there will most likely be NO justice as well. Sad, very sad.

there is also a comfort level that locals and visitors have with their environments.
ex: if you live in a downtown urban environment you will not expect to be as overcautious due to you live in those surrounding conditions, where as people outside that same area ( not by much) or rural out croppings will be more cautious and feel more concerned with the warnings provided to the public..

So let me get this straight, her husband was shot in the back of his head so she then:
1. Got off her ski and jumped into the water
2. Worked really hard to get him on her ski but couldn't so she
3. Left him in the water, climbed on her ski, put her lanyard in, started her ski, and sped away
all while drug cartel members were giving chase and were close enough to hit her husband with a bullet to the dome.
I'm throwing up the BS flag here.
I think she killed him.
