hood seal issues ?

2015 yamaha superjet. Hood seal never seems to keep all the water out. Do I dive the ski under water as a trick, who doesn't? I bought an aftermarket hood seal from blowsion, but it doesn't seem to keep all the water out. I have a bilage pump installed now....who knows of a better/best hood seal. Any install tricks to make the hood seal tighter. COMPLETELY stock ski, minus intake grate...turf...handlebars...etc.

ratchet strap will make it tighter.

Use the OEM hood seal. And I keep them in stock.

cover the front holes on the hood and only use the rear ones. gets plenty of air still. stock OEM hood seal is the best one
