High for your budget, but I love the Aftershokz headphones! https://aftershokz.com/ They’re bone conduction headphones, not in-ear, so you can hear around you. Great for running, biking, phone calls, and more. They last for many hours. I have the latest model which are fairly waterproof, so good for kayaking and swimming. Not audiophile quality, but pretty good otherwise and comfortable. If you don’t want to hear your surroundings, put in earplugs too (actually makes it sound better, and it comes with a set). The first gen, Titanium, is closer to your price, but supposedly have shorter battery life and the sound wasn’t quite as good. I originally had the Air, which I was quite pleased with. I think they have Black Friday specials on those two models, so the Air might be feasible.
