5 -pack of grinding wheels later she’s in.

There’s some gaps on the wings behind the pump shoe bolts. I plan I getting some black permatex silicone and flushing everything up.

@flyinryan had all the mounts set for the pfp and waterbox so I’ll prob use a couple.

Mounted 4 ufo , I added black dye to the gflex and also to the epoxy.

Stuffed the ufo threads with clay prior to install. Once all is cured I’ll use my angle die grinder to sand away down to the threaded nut and run a tap thru to get clay out

Turf time - last few jobs I did my template in tin foil and they came out well.

Saw someone here use blue painter tape , thought it was a good idea

That’s for the 26mm underpad. Not sure but I’ll probably just do 9mm on the underside of the footholds

Looking good! Great pics - always wondered what the hull looked like de-turfed. Im very curious to see what you do with your footholds. I honestly hate mine. Feels like just my toes are locked in and I'm constantly kicking in. Is the right side foot hold a slightly different size/shape than the left? My right foot big toe has taken an absolute beating kicking in but my left foot is fine.

No idea how I ever did turf without this sander!!

Pretty sure I’m not putting any padding on the tray under the holds. Just 9mm on the underside for tops of my feet, still working it out so plans could change

Definitely put padding underneath your feet if you plan on doing any sort of aerials!
Also, put padding where the front of your ankle meets the foothold.

Havocs aren’t the easiest skis to turf man! You did great!
