FX1 engine coupler removal advice needed

Hello guys, what is the process of removing the coupler that connects to the prop shaft at the rear of the engine... I know it is threaded in and don’t want to damage it... thanks in advance...

Using one of these with a 1/2" impact. I believe they are worth their weight in gold.

^^^ Yes, on the 650 Kawasaki X2, I left the spark plugs in and hit the 1/2" Astro Nano with the appropriate coupler removal tool and the coupler went flying across my garage.

Way back when, I thought you could use a pry bar... if you want your coupler to break and not come off haha.

Thanks for your advice guys, I had a go with an air chisel at the rear of the coupler , dug in a bit but after around 10 seconds it spun it right off..
