FV-Pro kit build

I keep forgetting to update this thread but laid glass over the motor mount inserts, got my foot holds installed, pump and midshaft are installed and just test fit my engine and gas tank. Sill have a few big things left to do like turfing and installing the pole and pole bracket but ran into an issue with the pole bracket I have. The bracket I have is about 1/4"-1/2" to wide and wont fit. I cant remember what brand it is but I know it isn't KP, RRP, or Xscream. Anyone know if either of those brands would work or do I need to remove some material from the hull?

Any chance you could post some pics of what the motor mount inserts looked like before covering?
If you look on post 14 I think. You can see them but might need to zoom in a bit. Otherwise I don't have a pic.

a little late now but I would have suggested using a lot of whatever the bond the 2 halves together.
I cant count how many times I've seen garbage hull builders get cheap on glue and the hull leaks like hell along the bond line.

Hopefully that wont happen. I tried to go around it and double check that there were no holes or that i missed a place with glue. Also put some fiber glass over the bond line on the inside and flipped the hull over and filled any air pockets in the rail after they were trimmed.

Keep forgetting to update this but I got it finished enough to drop it in the water last weekend. Still have a few things to finish like turfing the rails and putting decals on but those can wait. Only got to ride it for a little bit because it still needs to be tuned but so far liking it more then my chan.
