do you use any sealants for the head pipe gasket?

since my head pipe is prone to having a leak. i was wonder if you guuys use any gasket maker/sealants with your gasket. i have two gaskets.

one green one and one metal one from cometic. ill use the cometic woven metal one as it wont tear a leak as easy.

I never do , I use the green one ,, but I make sure my flanges are ''100% flat'' before tightening down , never have a problem . FWIW
