I purchased a custom bed plate from Chad Laird and he sent the wrong one. After a couple weeks of him telling me I’m installing it wrong and running me through the ringer with excuse after excuse he admitted to sending the me wrong part. He refused to let me send it back for a refund.
I understand that people aren’t perfect and make mistakes sometimes but Chad is a “take your money and run” type of person. One of the rudest people I’ve dealt with in this community. I would urge anyone to never do business with him.
