Blowsion OVP Steering System And Handle Pole

I haven't ridden it yet but it is tighter than behind the pivot steering. The first time I installed it while tightening the locking nut the bolt moved a little bit. Just that little bit really tightened the steering. I took it apart and fixed it. It feels much better but still tighter than I am used to. I was told once I get water through the pump I will like the way it feels. Have you ridden it yet?

For 15 minutes... I had a reputable shop install it while I was in Lima, Peru... it just feels tight... today I will mess with it to see if it loosens up... Maybe it was bolted down to tight, but, unsure if this is the issue because I did not install it or see how it gets put together...

it does loosen up a bit when you ride. also if you grease the orings when you build it that helps as it does rotate on them. i personally prefer a little bit of resistance which is why i stayed with a bushing style steering for a long time.

This is what I was thinking as that oring has resistance... will rip when it gets warmer and post some replies... felt good for 15 minutes and as I remembered felt great while in use... it is def lubed up so we will see... !!!... toooo sloppy is not good either so if it loosens up some it will be perfect... !!!

Gave my steering a good 10 minute side to side motion in my shop... Loosened up nicely but still tight and ready for round 2 of rippage when it warms up here in North Carolina... Feels great now... !!!

I thaught I put this together right but after 45 minutes of ride time, she loosened up then eventually oring broke. Had to hand tighten but as I rode. Figured I'd share, then look how to rig it so it doesn't happen again if possible
