Surfriding Anyone riding tigercraft sv1 or pro in Maine/NH/MA?

Looking to try an sv1 or equivalent. I’d like to see how it rides compared to my edge FR. hit me up if you have one if you’re interested in trying an edge I guess? I like that they are made in Jersey. I could get behind that

I rode an SV Pro last time I was in Jacksonville. It actually rides really well. Carved flatwater turns a bit better than my Edge FR. Thinking because it was heavier. These are great surf hills.

Rode my Aquabot V1 in the surf this past weekend. I had only ridden a 2002 Superjet with destroyers in the surf prior to this weekend. I really liked the V1 in the surf. Had a few insanely hard flat landings that my buddy's on shore said they could hear and thought I must have broken something, but the hull held up great.

is the aquabot a surf hull? I see some pretty amazing tigercrafts out there. But tbh, that website is no bueno.
I ride a aquabot v2, mostly in Surf and it is a great surf hull, just as it is a great lake/flatwater boat chasing hull. Super wide, flickable and turns on rails. I have ridden the SV1, SV Pro and they are nice hulls also. the Sv's are longer and have a longer tray so it is mostly personal preference from that point on. Talking to a pro who rode all three of those hulls at the last few Surfslam events, he said he loved the SV1, did not love the SVpro and described it as having a flexible/soft bottom deck. Said he wished he never sold his Aquabot v2.........

I have the first sv- pro and still rocking it. I abuse the sh-it outta it and its holding up great. Not sure why Pete thinks the bottom deck is soft. He had an issue with a stroker motor with the bottom trenched case plate going through the ski, but it was from the hull assembler using the longer stock case bolts which hold the rubber piece on the bottom of a stock engine in a superjet.

I have a few hulls in New York if you're ever traveling down here you're welcome to test ride.

Word thank you. I was considering turning my superjet into a tigercraft. Mainly to support something made here in the US, and also to try something different. I bought an edge fr on a whim without ever even riding one. But I do love it and have no regrets.

James went from an Edge to his SV. I got a chance to ride one last spring. Honestly, It carves, turns better then my edge. Very Predictable and stable. If I rode strickly surf then I would probably be on one....... I have watched the Hugo crew slice and dice the surf......... Get to see them Saturday actually!.... Great Hull....... I ride mostly flatwater, so the Edge is better suited for my use......................
