650sx compression problems

So while trying to sell my 650sx this guy came and when he tested the compression it read 90 each cylinder. The weird part is the ski starts right up still has lots of power (for a 650) never had any issues. So could it be a bad tester? Cause I’m assuming with 90 compression it would hardly even start let alone run perfect. Any advice would help, hopefully I don’t need to rebuild the whole top end

Buy or rent a gauge and check it yourself? Also make sure you use the correct connector threaded all the way into the sparkplug hole etc.
