Any fx1 factory b pipe chambers out there?

What makes the chamber so rare? Seems like no one is willing to sell them
I have 2 FX1 ‘s, one came with FX chamber, the other I put a mod chamber on. Only difference is the dimple for the water separator thingy. I never did understand what the big deal was. Also had one with a SJ chamber that fit nicely with the SJ tank, that’s a nice setup!!!

I have an octane chamber.
octane chamber is a mod with the whammer mod to the stinger. uses a 2 1/4" hose instead of 2" which is easier.
throw the water separator in the trash and run a mod chamber. its still a hair longer than the real McCoy, but it fits.
all the guys that think they are going to get a bazillion dollars for their real FX1 chambers can just keep dreaming.
or do what I just did, trade the FX! for 2k and a clean 650sx worth 15-2k

I did get my hands on a fx1 chamber btw, installing that this weekend along with a bunch of other parts, going to test along side another fx1 that has a newer mod pipe, will report back after Sunday riding with the verdict

I predict you will get more mid and top with better throttle response all the way through

LOL your not trolling anyone. ITS TRUE. i rode side by side with the other owner of the other fx1( a much better rider than myself) im running a stock ride plate and worx intake grate, he's running protec intake grate and ride plate. he has a newer factory pipe mod chamber, and me with original fx1 chamber. both skis have tdr water boxes(so loud and obnoxious), stock heads, single carbs. i think he had aftermarket reeds. anyway were were side by side at full speed, clam lake water and i pulled away every time, his ski seemed to have more bottom end for sure, but when it came to mid and top i had him beat. im not saying i was flying by him, but def had another 2-3mph on him. Cant be weight difference either as im 215lbs and he is 180lbs haha. the chamber isn't a myth

how good of a rider do you have to be to drag race your buddy? LOL
your jellyfish tests don't mean dick.
intake grate and rideplate can shave MPH off.
just the scratches on the bottom can affect speed.
prop condition and wear.
engine and tuning differences.
pipe tuning differences.
so many variables...………...…...
if his ski definitely has more bottom end, then he has the better boat!

I will say that I know nothing about this pipe argument but.......
If the FX1 chamber makes more power then why didn't Factory keep making that one and stop making the Limited and Mod? Does the FX1 pipe not fit in the SuperJet or something?

Yes it did and when the b-pipe was a race pipe back in the mid 90s, every one was running the fx1 pipe in their superjet race skis. Mark Baxter was the one that gave me the hp figures re the different chambers

Any ideas why they stopped making that pipe then? Seems like it would have been easier for Factory Pipe just to make 1 pipe instead of 2 being that the FX1 was better.
