That thing is huge now!! I think I cracked a rib too. No doctors though...obummer shredded my bennies and now 8k per year deductible....which resets jan 1. So I sit on a chair until I heal...or go to doc on 1.1.19. I didn't piss or cough blood so I ain't goin! Entire skeleton and organs are sore....
Can't take deep breaths yet..
Can't blow nose or yell at the dogs or kids...lol. My current goal is walking from my front door to my back door 10x.....3x a day. Ya know another good thing I see about ice track laps is how clean all of your stuff is! Put it away clean every time!

Ice is usually pretty flat! Out at our cabin the river drops 10-20 feet, then I get jumps!

That's left a mark! Lol Bikes are so clean in winter, and only have to wash air filters once a season (almost!). The chain also likes life with no grit!

New Years ride, quite a few hangovers, I was one but had to clean the track for everyone else.
My wife's first day out this season! She quit for 8 years from a broken back and wrist, she's happy to be out again and so am I!

I find Supercross and motocross way more dangerous because of the higher # of injuries. Ice is safe as long as you don't hit anyone or get caught in a studded tire (that's why the rear gaurds are on). Or club rule is "do not hit the person in front of you" or its all your fault, period!
Very little drama, but crashes happen everyday for some, last year I never fell down once!
