No different than any other van conversion. The Quiggly’s are at least that much of not more. Especially if they add in all the camper features.

Understood, but its basically just a 1 person camper with offroad capabilities? Don't most people want to camp with their family/friends? Definitely not a daily driver, so why not get a used, designated camper for much less? Or if 4x4 is a necessity, buy an old pickup and throw on a truck bed camper? I don't know, just not my cup of tea I guess. There must be some people buying them, if multiple companies offer the same type of vehicles and stay in business.

Same argument could be made against guys spending $20k+ on aftermarket hull/motor combos. Niche market. Some people want what they want.

I agree completely. The prices for those are outrageous and the alternative options, (for a fraction of the cost), are endless.
