750, x2 running issue

Good evening all,
please can i pick a few brains.....
i have a 750 x2 with sxr800 rejetted carbs, 750 sxi factory pipe, zeeltronic total loss ignition, lightnened flywheel, reworked head with recut domes.
This has been in and running great, pulled strong and had very few issues with it.....

i had an issue this weekend where it started to bog and cut out...

so far ive replaced the pickup, removed and replaced the headgasket, removed and completely stripped and cleaned the carbs out (the filters were blocked very bad)...

I Still have the issue........i can start it up and give it a couple of throttle blips and then it will start to bog and wont clear.

Im open to any suggestions please as what to try next as im struggling.

Thanks

thats what i was thinking.

check your fuel cap gaskets! i had a leaky one that gave me problems for weeks once, the simple things can slip our mind.
Agreed! Small cracks in the fill neck are notorious issue is why I asked about water in the tank. They make billet fuel necks for a reason. Drove an x2 for 10 min and added 1 gal of water to the tank. Check spark, if you can get it started and running (even with stater fluid) it's most likely fuel issue.
