ebay seller "superjetwoody"

BAD EBAY SELLER !!!
he may be ok here or on the other web sites ??? i don't know ???

i won 2 auctions from this ebayer about the end of oct 2006, and have not rec'd the product as of thursday 11-16.
james woodworth is the name.

he does not reply to email's right away, and has many issue's with calling my phone # as well.

he does not take p/p, m/o was his the only way, so to get my dough back is gpoing to be a pain in the rotten banana plan.

watch out !!!
it's up to you if you want to buy from this guy ???

he just posted more stuff on ebay last night too.

I dealt with him before also. I bought what was supposed to be a TNT pipe. It ended up being a modified Blaster mod chamber. It still was worth what I paid but it wasn't what I thought it was.

He was a little slow to respond to my emails but maybe he is not on the computer all day like some of us.

I waited for almost a month for my package to arrive,very little contact, and was told the ship to and ship from were switched, so the package was sent back to him . finally got the package . good luck Gorilla!

I totally agree. I bought a few parts and he is the slowest to reply. I've been waiting over a month now for shipment. Lots of excuses.....He claims he was out on vacation and had someone else ship my stuff.....but they mixed up my address and his return address so the box was returned. He said he would fix ASAP but didn't re-ship right away. He's not worth the hassel guys

I won auctions at the same time as you (Oct). So basically I'm just going thru this now....didn't realize this was standard behavior for this seller. I won a set of motor mounts that have been paid for but not received (yet)...now I see a set of motor mounts on his listings so imagine how I'm feeling right now.

on another note: he parted out the whole ski so he had the entire thing..but he doesn't have the title on the ski/hull left over that he is now selling. hmmm??

Well I seen the negative comments on here about my poor shipping practices.I have never had a fraudulent transaction on here Ebay or Jetski.com EVER.The people have always got their items and have never cheated anyone out of the product.I have had RECENTLY some shipping problems with the people I ship with. I have now started shipping with someone else and the problems are behind me.I accept full responsibility for the people I pissed off and Iam sorry. I have had many satisfied people on ebay and other sites and hope to do better in the future. Again sorry for the frustration.

just for your info richard, just keep in touch with the people you sell to, or dont sell at all.

that's called being a good seller that follows up on the sale.

as for your shipping, step up to the plate and do your own packing and shipping.
usps gives you allmost everything you need to pack it up for FREE !!! i said allmost.
use usps priority mail, or ups next time. parcel post is for bums to use.
i use the credit card machine at the post office at the time.
it weighs the package, and you can add all kinds of options to the postage, and you dont have to wait in the line.

stop wasting your buyers time using that slow boat shipping.

i could of had usps pick it up on my $$$'s and had it 2 weeks ago.

i am still waiting for my product, if anybody cares.

i bet you that priority mail was only an extra $2 too

He has a real communication problem without a shadow of a doubt.
I would like to suggest He use a shipper that provides tracking info. Any auction winner would be glad to pay extra in order to check on shipping progress.
As consumers we have the power. Give us bad service or goods and we will never do any business with you again.

You guys are funny!! Paying extra for shipping,thats the one thing people cry about the most.Thats why I went to parcel post.I tell you what,why dont you trot to the Yamaha dealer and buy the parts at retail.Thats whats great about America everyone has a choice.

Woody, the word gets around on all bad practices, including shipping. You may be a great seller, but you gotta follow through promptly once you get the money.

I am watching some items you have on auction right now, but I have to say I have reservations on bidding now if the stuff isn't going to be shipped right away.

Well blasterboi I did my research online and even called Riva where I got it from,hell I even dug up the original reciept.Iam not sure if you even know what the Jet D shoe looks like. But if you did you can clearly see that the bottom mounting tabs look different from each of the brands. Its SKETCHY and SKETCHY i wasnt. Here was BOI's original e-mail on ebay stating he has both type of shoes but still cant tell the difference between them when they are right in front of him. "Can you guarentee that if we bid and win it its an R&D because we have 1 R&D and 2 jet dynamics pump shoes and the picture of the one you have is identical to the jet dynamics we have, the lips on the side are at at upward angle and the R&D lips on the side are flush like a normal pump shoe???":rolleyes:

it took me a couple of years to get the banana shipping gig done right.
i try'd ups, fedex, usps, and usps has them all beat, if you use priority mail ins'd.
it's buy far the best option to use !!!

hope to see my product today. in the mail !!!

its been 2 weeks now since he comfirmd it was shipped.

my ebay feedback is public record, yes that's true, but all the neg feedbacks on me are from ebayer's that have done 1 of the following things:

"#1" don't ship in a timely manner,
"#2" dont call, email or try to leave a message on my ebay listed home phone #,
"#3" lie about there shipping issue's or companys they use,
"#4" are now being abuseive towards me because i popped a banana.

they also got neg feedback from me.

i really try'd to get in touch with you.
also, your ebay listed phone # goes nowhere.

just try and be a person that will take care of the business of contacting the people who are buying from you.

i slept on this subject and am going to wait and see what if anything comes to my door.

i got your delay'd box today.

i have to admit the packing inside was a very good job, but you need to use packing tape, not duct tape to seal it up.
and use real shipping labels to put the addressee's on.

maybe next time ???

all that i needed from you was to make my mind right was:

#1 better emailing
#2 a current phone # to call you at
#3 and or a phone call from you to let me know wtf was going on.

i wish you luck on your future sales.

i won 2 ebay auctions around the end of oct.

i got an email from him on the 3rd of nov stateing he was on vacation. ok to that, everyone needs those !!!

i got another email from him on the 3rd of nov stateing it was shipped. ok gr8 !!!
i asked for tracking info, and never got a reply.

i asked for tracking info for allmost 2 weeks, then got a email on the 15th with a story about the shipping site he used being flake's. not ok !!! not my problem.

so i finally i got the product today, the 22nd of nov.
the post office said it was shipped on the 15th, not the 3rd.

i have asked for a refund of the shipping cost and was told NO !!! because i let everyone here know about his issue's with his shipping problems.

anyway, it's over with and done with !!!

he has made his own banana tree, and it was all rotten banana's, because it was not water'd down with the info that i requested.

i'm sure he is on the banana wagon now, and will do a lot better in the banana shipping dept in the future.

Well let me cover this again and end all the positive publicity I have received.I was using a local shipping store to ship packages,they are very unorganized and put some of the packages aside and never shipped them.Some of the packages got shipped and some didnt,they later found these and shipped them out after numerous phone calls to them.When you ship parcel post you dont get a tracking number,its regular mail.Its just like sending a letter.I also had a problem with these people about mixing up the return address and the send to address.These issues have been taken care of and wont be a problem in the future.The items on ebay are all priority mail and will all be sent out by me at the post office. Any other issues please feel free to bash some more or this maybe the last post on this issue.

After reading this thread and hearing all your excuses and seeing your bad attitude, you are the type of person i avoid doing business with. All you need to do is be honest and keep your buyers informed. That is NOT much to ask for. If your going to do business here you better get your act together sport.....

You are the seller, you are responsible for shipping........... You picked the shipping store to handle it, you are still at fault, can you not get a box, some packing and tape and box the stuff up yourself? did I mention that you are the seller? You have given nothing but attitude here, oh, Paypal will let you print your own shipping labels, makes it real easy!!!!!! But that would be to hard if it was easy.

Actually, if you took the time to get a paypal account and print your own shipping labels ( on your own printer )from your paypal account you would see that you DO get a tracking number with parcel post packages. The down side of this is that USPS doesn't offer a very detailed tracking service. Their tracking svc. will let you see when the label was printed, and when the package was delivered.

So, are we all banning "Woody" from bidding on our own Ebay auctions? I certainly wouldn't want to deal with him.

The PO tracking service is useless .it tells you a label has been printed and then a few days AFTER the package arrives it tells you it arrived :rolleyes:

I still prefer them over UPS though because UPS is overpriced by a long shot unless your using a business

Hey Priority is cheaper since the supplies are given for free and the fast delivery gets you happy customer and more repeat customer.
My feedback mostly say fast shipping. and many repeat customer.

Priority mail is great but if there is a problem and the buyer tries to get his money back you will lose the case because it is not 100% trackable service.:biggrin:

Hey Banana Boy, Why are you asking for you shipping costs back? He shipped it to you right? You can't expect a refund on your shipping for a time issue.
This is the risk we all take using Ebay, It is not required to send a tracking number.

This is what I do as a buyer.

1-Buy the Item.
2-10 Days and no Item, file a Paypal complaint
3-30 Days and Paypal refunds your money.
4- If Sellers ships on the 20th day USPS, no tracking (Priceless)
5- Ball is in your court, you receive product, Paypal pays you back and seller is emailing you now.

Not taking sides.

I have to chime in regards to parcel post. I had a customer request reduced shipping and for me to ship parcel post. I explained it will take at lot longer. He still insisted I send it parcel post.

Keep in mind I ship same day or next morning on all my auctions. THis customer emails stating his stuff did not arrive for almost a month parcel post. I had to scan and email the guy the receipt from the post office showing the shipping date and time.

THat is why I will never ship less than priority mail or fed ex. Parcel post is not worth the money saved. Also watch out for UPS. They have lost two very important packages shipped to me.

what if the part or parts in question was needed for a sale of a 4k ski ??? and the sale fell through because you didn't get the parts ???

put yourself in other people's shoe's, and understand the issue here.

like is stated before, it done and over with.

just a side note, i try to keep p/p credits out of p/p, and if the product does not come in, i go to my bank, and they take care of the credit back to my checking account, without the $25 hit that ebay and p/p put on there refund.

Fast shipping is the key in any business in which shipping is required. No matter if it is Parcel Post, that doesn't mean it takes close to a month to get an item. I have had great luck with USPS, Priority supplies are free and it is 3 days anywhere in the country. I am a Powerseller on ebay, about 300 feedback, not one negative. Username is burto454. Shipping quickly is what keeps the feedback good. As for blaming shipping delays on the store, that is an unacceptable excuse. How hard is it to print a label from your home printer, utilizing the Paypal tool which any serious seller uses? I have shipped 55 PWC parts in ONE DAY using this method, and it only took about 3 hours or so.

superjetwoody- good luck with your sales on eBay - In case you haven't noticed, a good majority of the sales of Superjet and related parts on ebay are to members on this board. If you parts do sel, they will probably be for signifigantly less.

I think the parcel post is not necessarily to save the buyer money. I was given no choice as to which shipping service is used. It was just sent via Parcel post.

I think Woody decides to ship via Parcel post BECAUSE of the lack of traceability. It makes it possible to blame the boxing company, shipping company, typhoons, Hurricanes and whatever else.

I won an Intermediate shaft assy of Woody's on e-bay. Took over a month to get it. Will never make that mistake again. Especially when I pay very promptly.

Poor, poor shipping practices.

People make mistakes---I make them eveyday!! I'm human, you are too! Anyways you, Gorilla, didn't tell him what shipping method to use, so he went with the cheapest, can you blame the guy for trying to save a couple of bucks??? Gorilla, if you want a seller to ship using a certain shipping company, tell them, otherwise don't cry about it.
Let's promote the sport and not look like a bunch of criing babies. In business you talk to the person who is causing the problem and them only. Don't slander them before or after the issue is finished, it makes you look like a boob.
Guys, alot of us are triing to get the sport as much attention as MX Freestyle and the other extreme sports, but we need everyones help. So SuperjetWoody it sounds like you need to update your seller account and for the rest of us lets all work togather.

I have to agree with Bruins I bought that pump shoe off him and he shipped it very quickly. I had very good communication with him after the sale I was more than pleased.

Hey Bruins.

You buy something from me........... I take it to some UPS Store or some "We ship it for you ........one day store"......... 2 week later you dont have it, you contact me, I tell you it shipped, you are really needing the part......... 3 weeks later you contact me and I say hey, I dropped it off to be shipped........ but you still dont have it...... another week goes by, you contact me, I call that shipping company and they say "Oops, it is still here on the counter where you handed it to me, sorry, we will get it out tomorrow, oh no, cant get it out day, yes, it is 9 am, but I got other stuff to do".......... who is at fault here??? It is up to the seller to ship the product in a timely manner, does not matter if the shipping company messes up, still the sellers responsibility, I even believe he said that he took it to the shipping company to box up, what, he cant put something in a box, and tape it up???? Lame excuse..........

So, please dont come here and say he is all good, you may have had a good experience, you went and picked it up, so there was not problem with shipping. Seems like several have been duped by this clown.

He screwed over a bunch of people:sneaky: so what you had a good deal picking up some parts .it's a good thing he didnt have to ship them to you or you would still be waiting .
Also he is fully aware of this thread and maybe is trying a bit harder to avoid looking like a jackazz again :haha:

I agree with everyone who has had a bad experience with superjetwoody. I won a 61x head from him on ebay and he waited three weeks to put it in the mail. Then when I received the head it was stamped 6R7. I left him negative feedback because the transaction was awful and he retaliated against me by leaving me negative feedback as well. I have a trail of emails showing I did my part to make the transaction run smoothly and I have a receipt showing I paid very promptly.

He offered to refund my money if I pay to ship the head back to him. Why should I be out the return shipping because he screwed up?

This guy is a joke and by far the worst ebayer I have ever dealt with. I have gone as far as filing complaints with both ebay and paypal to flag this guy as a terrible seller. Hopefully it will come back to him in the end.
