Just got an email from Steve and he is throwing in a
WF "Stealth" hood Kit for the auction!!!!!

The slilent auction will be held all day long and bids will be placed at the raffle station. The raffle station will be located behind the hotel in the grass, or on the pool deck. We will accept as currency, cash, paypal... I will see about credit.

they don't even know how much is being donated at this point... they were beside themseleves w/ the 2k we gave em last year.

I think we can get 10k this year.. I'm hoping for more...

the 2k was enough for them to let me do whatever I want this year... They are giving me full reign at this point... 10k, they would be speachless

10K is NOT out of the question. If just the peeps currently in the Rollcall thread contribute an average of just greater than $70 each, you will meet that goal!!!

You need to contact the media (if you haven't already) even some national magazines besides the industry rags to alert them to this event.

What about holding some of the money made till next years....

It could be used to fund food, buy more parts to give away.....

Just a thought.. maybe not one of my best....

If the funds exceed what they can use, I will consult w/ the sponsors and ask them how they want to handle the remaning cash... I recomend it go back to the site, to fund promotional items for X-H2o.com.
