I don't think I have had a better time at a jetski event. Last weekend was by far one of the best times I have had EVER. It was really cool meeting other members of the X, nice to put faces to screen names. I did my best at keeping a camera on as much as possible, but was unable to capture everything. I did have two guys up on the tower both days for the entire competition. I have several hours of video (6-8) to upload and chew through for the next couple of weeks.
I love Lisa Price! She took care of us to no end, I thought for sure that she'd never talk to me again after we finally made it to the camp site on Thursday. I can't even begin go list all of the great/fun/funny things that happened over the weekend. If you didn't make it you missed something really special and should start clearing your calandar right now for next years event.
The best part of the weekend for me though was when Pierre Maxent asked me to paint his American hull if he decides to compete here next year.... I can't express how stoked I am about this possible opportunity.
Anyway, I could go on and on, but I am a week behind at work and shouldn't be on here right now anyway.
Thanks everyone for an unforgettable experience.

Oh Yeah! You're safe and home! I just left you a "worried mom" voicemail as I wanted to make sure you got back okay.

I had a great time with you guys too and can't thank you enough for the hilairous car pool from Sacramento to Pismo. Have your ears stopped bleeding from all my babbling yet?

Awesome news about Pierre...but remember, I have TWO runabouts and an SX-R in line ahead of that frenchman!!! Gimme a call so we can complete the color scheme/design and $$$ - because you ARE getting paid for this gig - your work is too good not to.

Sweetheart - the girls and I (Jenn, Meesh and I) are doing our best to get there (and maybe drag along a certian mystery guest we all miss terribly).

BUT I'M NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!! LOL!

same here. i showed my vids to my friends and they were so stoked that i went. Im gonna edit my footage down i little too
maybe next time my sh+t wont blow up so soon and we can ride. Im sure next year ill bring 2 skis.

Nick, I couldn't ask for a better offer, I really want to go. The only thing keeping me from being there is the little sister. It's our birthday on the 13th and it's her 30th so this is all her call on what she wants to do on her big Three-Oh. If I can't make it this time, I will be there next year no matter what.

It also happens to be Jenn's birthday that weekend, so what the hey - get with the program and book some cheap tix to Orlando - we can all car pool! (since I KNOW how much you love to do that with me...LOL!)
