Looks like the date is July 22nd 2006 when nothing else is going on. Kinda like a FSF, but w/ a grill and music on the beach and a short poker run to the Rock Hall, Browns Stadium, etc.

Workin on prizes for the poker run and maybe for stupidest stunt.

No Cost... just freeridin the way it should be... I will pray for waves and even do a wave dance on the beach, but I doubt it that time of year.

I have my 10 year HS reunion 8/5 (damn i'm getting old) on the eastside so I'll be in town for that. Any chance of doing it that weekend, or the one before or after and I'll just take the week between off.

Your gonna have to help me clean the beach and set up the big super tent. We can get Kelly, Jen, Robin and my sister to pass out cards for the Poker Run...(I think we can do the cards at the Rock Hall, Browns Stadium, Lighthouse, Lakewood(Pier W), and Shooters) Maybe about a 3mile poker run. Hopefully, I can get some T-shirts made. We'll get the grill and a cooler out on the beach and I'll bring the bands P.A. and an Ipod to jam some tunes! :headbang::aargh4:Not to mention we'll have to get a bunch of bikinis out there, so Kelly, Jen and Robin will have to bring friends:woot:!! We'll have to start talkin to companies in the spring to give out some prizes for the Standup Only Poker Run.

Just walked down to Edgewater State Park today with the dogs and figured I would point some things out to any out of towners. We will be riding/beaching right in the state park so everyone will be within 400 yards of bathrooms, showers , picnic tables and permanent barbeque grills. It was super nice down there today. I hope they can keep it clean until then:rolleyes:

Tons of parking is 200 yards from where we beach. A ton more by the ramps which are at most a half mile from where we beach.

This should be a super convenient place to hold an event!! :cheer:

The Rock N Ride should kick it up a notch. I will have an 800 watt PA system jamming tunes on the beach. We are also in the process of getting some more sponsors!!!!:hail:

it can be flat, 10 foot surf or chop, or anything inbetween. at times when it's flat there can be killer wakes to chase around too, all depends on the winds

What Ski4 said... It is a crap shoot. That time of year is mostly flat with a lot of boats around. The riding spot is great. There are pics in this section of where we ride. There will also be a (very) short (1/2 hour) poker run that will show you all the cool spots to ride in Cleveland.

I hereby donate my entire (very small) back yard to jet ski storage. I should be able to fit 4-6 single trailers or equivelint.

They will be gaurded by a sheppard and a corgi (and my shotty):wink:

It's really close to the ramps, a mile or so. I think Jeff is making room at the school for ski storage as well so it should not be a problem.

thats what i told amanda. it took you guys three hours? it took us about 1 hour 45 min. doing 75mph. i am definatly planning on heading down again.
