The first was fun but the waves were terrible. Hopefully we'll get some surf this time.


No solid dates yet, but shooting for mid-October. A bit cooler and the bugs will have died down a bit...(we hope)

All of us took WAY too much stuff last time. We hope to have more boats for shuttling to and fro.
No primitive suffering. Air compressor, generator, lighting, etc...

Any and all are welcome. Not just FSS.

Looks like it will be the end of october and it should be alot cooler and no bugs

Yep! May be a "Halloween Camp & Ride".

It's amazing how much crap comes up as soon as you start to plan something!

It's lookin' like Oct 28th thru Nov 1st (Thurs-Mon)...Yep...Halloween time.

Still tryin' to get it together......

I should add that the camping island is on flat water.
Bring those light hulls too!
The surf is a bit of a ride thru a no wake zone. But only 1st am and last pm.

It's nailed down. Thurs thru Sunday. Halloween weekend.
10/28-29-30-31...pack and leave 11/1.

PM me or post if you can make it.
So far only 4 riders and 6 campers!

Plenty of room.

We're staying til Monday this time cause a lot of riders showed up on Sunday last time, and we were just working our arses off packing up.

Hope for waves...Hope for flounder....and good weather!

Flounder too!

They are finally here. No roe yet. Might be here til Jan!

(normally leave to spawn offshore Nov full moon)

Recent catches show no development of roe sacks.

Well, it's this Thurs thru Mon! And if the wind cooperates, we'll have killer surf. (according to MS)

Only a handful of riders so far. Mostly the Bizzarro crew. But we'll be there thru monday. So maybe we'll see some of the Sunday crew.

Looks like the lowest temp at night will be 59. Good sleepin'!

It was fun. Drunken, but fun. At least 50% of the ski's were OOC, but fun. We missed one rider, who arrived late Sunday afternoon from SFL, but it was fun.

Very nice waves Sunday & Monday.

The wind blew (felt like 40 knots) Thurs, Fri. Had to tie tents to trees!
