so i order my new trim set up.($750) i ordered it with 2day air UPS shipping, i have many rides comeing up so i need this like now!! i take my pump apart preparing for this new trim setup, the next day i get my email and tracking number, a little later i get a notice of cancilation and he down graded me to ups ground shipping with no refund. so im thinking sht i have a ride in 5 days and now he does this, so i message him and no responce, the new delivery date it almost a week later, this is now 2 weeks of missed riding. terrible!! anyone who makes the investment of almost 1k should atleast be serviced better. i dont know why its so hard to give the customer what he wants. never again!!

1. Did you pick up the phone and call?
2. Why not put your pump back in and ride, you can ride without trim.

just for the record, Brian and his family was on vacation for the last 2 weeks. I'm guessing that he had is cell turned off so he and his family could enjoy their time together.

In our defense the trim was ordered on saturday 7/17.2010 online we are closed till monday . The trim was assembled and order processed on monday . The trim was shipped 2 day air tuesday morning not ground which you will see on the box , the first label which was emailed to you was canceled because it was accidentley not upgraded to 2 day and 2 minutes later was upgraded and shipped 2 day air .
the pm was sent last night and i will respond to you now the next day which is at the beginning of business hours .
the x is not our company email or phone center and we are not obligated to respond to any pm,s on here we do it as a courtesy to make things easier for riders in our jet ski community .
thanks for your business and i am sure you will be happy with the best trim on the market .

i received it(date above) turned out good, this was probably more caused by my lack of patients
