"Daralekt" anyone order parts from him before?

I have order a MSD TL Flywheel and plate from him paid at 10th May untill now still not recived the part. He said his wife had accidentally sent my part to the person who bought his 62t flywheel in US. When he have my part back he will send them off ASAP. After he have the part he want me to cancel the Paypal dispute then he will send my part, But after I did that he have no respons from last week. Dose anyone order parts from him before? What can I do now? Anyone know this person?

I dont know for sure, but you might be screwed. I am 100% sure i would not have canceled any dispute, if there was still a dispute. The only recourse you may have is to send a copy of the email he sent you to cancel the dispute because they will be able to see that you still have not recieved the part, and that he has the part. But again i dont know for sure.

we have not done this in the past and I don't see it happening in the future.

We do not get involved in buying and selling disputes other than dealing with post dumping on the ads and the feedback sections - We only Moderate them.

It is up to the buyer and seller to work out any disputes. Having the classifieds is something that we give to the site for free. Many sites actually charge to place an ad.

Phil, Here is all the reply PM you have sent me this should prove I have not recived the package and if you did send out the package you should have the tracking numbers.

It was shipped almost a month ago. I will look For the reciept with the tracking number. You should have recieved already?

well I hope it makes it to you. If not im sure it will be returned to sender in which case I will re-send. I didnt save the ticket from the post office therefore I dont have the tracking number. take care.

Yeah it does not really work like that. Best I can do for you now is send another pickup plate, and if the box comes back here I'll mail off the flywheel .

Ok I have found what happened. My wife had accidentally sent your part to the person who bought my 62t flywheel. He us sending your parts to me and I will send them off as soon as I get them back. So very sorry for the mistake.

I'll Ship it and give you a tracking number tomorrow if you still want it. Otherwise I'll do a refund. Makes no difference to me.
