I live in indialantic about 30min north of Sebastian, but both my skis are being freshened up at the moment, but when they're back in action I'll be down to ride.

I am in the area... just off the Sebastian river. I am new to the site, and I have a 96 750 sxi. I have to do a few repairs but I hope to see you out there soon. Hopefully this weekend, we will see.

There are several of us from the west coast that go out but as you know money has been tight so not as many trips unless conditions are worth a trip. If waves are looking good some weekend get on our ride site and let us know we usually head to that side since our side has poor wave conditions

I'm out in Monster Hole just about every Saturday after I get off work at 3. Sometimes on Sunday, too. I'm on a suarenose and my buddy is on an X2. We almost never see anybody out there except for the occasional 3-seater :] Look up Pit Stop Cycle in Sebastian and give us a call. We both work there and always looking for sombody to ride with. - Mike

We're staying in a beach hotel down in Vero tonight (wife won a contest - woohoo) so we'll most likely get a late morning/early afternoon start, have lunch at Captain Hirams, then we'll be at the sandbar most of the day. I can hit the ocean in 1/2 hour stints but gotta check in with the family periodically! I'll PM you my cell number so you can call me tomorrow morning and I'll let you know what the plans are. - Mike

Hey guys. I am just looking around right now but maybe thinking of moving down there. I am in Ga right now. I hear there is good surf there some times. I want to start surfing again but also into riding stand ups. Just wondering can u launch you ski at the beach and ride where ever when ever? Is there any fresh water lakes around that area as well? Ha I will throw it out there but any one know of any one renting a room? And or jobs?
Whats the water temp through out the winter? Can u ride all winter what mm wet suit do ya wear?

http://www.sebastianinletcam.com/ - you can check on surf conditions to get a feel of it.
This time of year it usually is Lake Atlantic but the further north you you go things can get better.
No where to launch oceanside @ Sebby - There is a small beach spot you can splash your ski with a beach tote on the south side of inlet (state park).
It's about a 1/4mi idle zone to the channel then about 3/4 mile out to the monster hole - not the most ideal conditions but do-able.
Daytona you can launch off the beach in the designated PWC zones
Wetsuits choice will mainly be whatever your tolerance is - most of us just wear Jet Pilot stuff and maybe handwarmer set up on the bars.
Sebastian is a small podunk town so dependng on what kind of work you are seeking you may be better off considering civilization like Orlando etc.

I was out there 2 weekends ago as well and the water was clean Boris. No dead smelly fish in sight. I could still smell some on the shore though.

I would be out there this weekend too but I snapped the top of my fibula... I guess I can film from my boat if anyone wants to go.

Enter the park on the southwest side of the inlet. Then there is a boat ramp and small beach area on the west end, launch from there and its a short no wake zone and then like a 2-3min ride out the inlet to the surf.

Yes and the law will be all over you. The lifeguards on the south will call you in if your within 300 feet of shore. Just make the drive 45 mins either north (Ponce) or south (Sebby)

thanks yeah thinking of going out to sebation inlet next sunday just figured the cape would be pretty sick with some of the monster ships that go in and out gonna take the js800 and Rxp out for some fun!
