 Unethical :bs2:
There's a long thread about them on PWCtoday, but they deserve their own negative thead here also.

doesn't he have a new ebay uersname?
'Fresh Watercraft' is the name of his eBay store, but I think the eBay username is still harrynsally. Still the same crook either way.

he uses a very long list of keywords meant to direct searches towards his items
so, if I'm looking for a something from say "factorypipe" - I have to sort through ALL of his stuff that are not exhaust systems
Try it.
That's my only complaint about him
His feedback looks ok, because he uses it to threaten with.
I bought a lightweight flywheel from him for my x2 last year, was advertized as fitting a kawa 650. It was for a 550 and would not fit my 650 motor. He would not pay return shipping, would not refund shipping to me, and was basically a total dick to deal with. When he got it back(on my dime), it was relisted as being for ALL 440/550 models. And I ended up getting a negative from him. :banghead:
That and the keyword spamming=POS

WAB .. that was a long time ago ... he does have good feedback overall he is definatly doing something right .. and as a fellow ebayer (username barefootang) we all know we will all end up with some negative feedback sooner or later ...
just to let you guys know i have delt with harry n sally a few times in the past .. no probs .. I would buy from him again ...
I have also delt with WAB .. I would highly recomend dealing with Wab thats for sure , he shipped me a complete engine no probs and exactly as he described it ..
time for you guys to burry the hatchet man ..

why bury the hatchet?
everytime I go search for a specific product from Blowsion or FactoryPipe - his stuff comes up again.
I wouldn't mind if it was actually related and he followed Ebay's rules - but he has apparently snowed over someone at Ebay into believing that what he uses as a keyword list is OK.
Here's his keyword list and you tell me what you think:
Kawasaki Yamaha Sea-Doo SeaDoo Polaris 300 440 550 650 701 750 800 850 1100 Jetmate X2 SX TS SC JS ST SXI STX ZXi SS SX-R STS Sport Xi XIR GP XP XL LX VXR FX-1 Pro free style freestyle pwc p.w.c. personal personel personell watercraft water craft stand-up standup stand up jetski jet ski Octane Superjet Super Vortex Jet SK Mikuni Keihin carb BN Factorypipe Exhaust Intake Carb Carburator Carborator Kawi Ignition Reed Reeds Westcoast PJS R&D West Coast Factory Pipe dry Coffman Coffman’s Personal Watercraft Water Craft Mariner Ocean Pro Oceanpro Hot Products Dennis Kirk denniskirk deniskirk Blowsion Wamiltons high flow stainless steel impellor impellar impeller prop propeller Jet Pilot Wavejammer Waveblaster Wave Blaster Wave runner Waverunner Jammer Venture Waveventure Jetinetics ADA
that list is a blatant violation of Ebay Policy - and the worst part about it, is that another user: 1mellbell has copied the list and is using it in his auctions too.
time for you guys to burry the hatchet man ..
for that guy, Never.
I felt I was screwed, so I return the favor, 10fold.
why come hear to defend him? There were numerous people on pwctoday that had crap deals with him also. Like 8 pages of it. He never joined the site to defend himself.
He uses the internet, rides a ski (I guess), sells lots of repainted ski parts on eBay. Yet, he's not on ANY ski forums?

I never EVER deal with anyone twice when they hold feedback as a ransome.
for isntance if I buy something, and pay for it, my part is done, leave me a positive feedback, my part as a buyer is COMPLETE.
the sellers that hold my feedback hostage, get NOTHING from me.
Knowing that alone, id never deal with anyone like that.

:haha: Man, thats how its done on Ebay! I learned that a long time ago on Egay. Once the buyer gets his part and leaves me feedback, then I give him his feedback..
Guess you wont be buying parts from me.. hehe:biggrin:
there was also some stuff on the other site about him selling exhaust components that were repaired with silicone, then repainted and sold as mint.....

that is Bullshiat and you know it man  .Once a buyer pays for the part a Positive feedback should be left by the seller and that way the true feedback may be left for the seller .
Many sellers like you have excellent feedback but only because they hold your feedback until it's left for them meaning they get no negatives
I leave neg anyways if I come across a 100% pos who holds feedback .
And when you leave neg for them and you get one back all you have to do is say you were the buyer and paid right away and it's revenge feedback

dude, you have to be one of the most genius people I've ever seen on these boards, a regular frikkin' einstein.
feedback on ebay is a very basic concept, if the seller is truthful about a item you're buying, you get the item and it's in good shape as the seller had stated, then you leave positive feedback. if the seller has no problems with you paying for the item, then you get positve feedback. it's that simple.
you're complicating the hell out of things when you get into technical BS about "holding feedback" until the seller/buyer does whatever, just to make sure you get "true feedback" LOL
woe, the "true feedback", give me a break, man. why don't you just go into the soap opera business and make one about ebay while you're out worshipping rocks...lol

as a seller I have had guys complain about scratches or re-paint .. even when it was perfectly described that way in the description .. yea its scratched .. so what .. its a used part and perfectly functional .. but I would guess the buyer would have left neg .. IF I didnt "hold back" feedback ... most all ebay sellers do hold back feedback , thats a fact .. only few I have left negative for have been non-payers ... I used to think that way also , I paid why didnt i get pos feedback ? well after selling for a while its pretty easy to understand ....

As soon as the buyer pays it's a positive transaction correct ,there is nothing else a buyer can do except pay for his item within the time frame specified by the seller .Once a buyer pays, his part is done and feedback should be left then by the seller .If they don't than I do not leave any feedback for them or just give them a neg just to piss them off .
I hope one day Ebay will correct this and make sellers leave feedback first like it should be .
Maybe if they had the self siphoning extractor feedback option it would work better for you WAD .

just because you paid for an item doesn't mean the transaction is complete. someone could pay for an item get the item then leave negative feedback because they think the shipping is too high even if it's mentioned in the description. they could pay then change their mind and demand a refund or threaten you with negative if you don't. they could pay and then demand some money back because they had a bad day and they think it's your fault. bottom line is the transaction is done when the buyer and seller are both happy. there are a lot of p.o.s. people out there who do things just because they can. ebay feedback is way flawed but at least it is better then it was. in the beginning you didn't even have to win an auction to leave feedback you could just pick a name out and say whatever you wanted about them as many times as you wanted.

Sellers holding feedback is BS even though they all do it. Its a sellers way of being 12yr old kids. So they as stated have an opportunity to bash you back if you say something bad about them. Reality is if the buyer pays in the alloted time they deserve positive feedback. Because that is their only job to pay you "the seller" they dont have to like the product or the shipping costs etc. Holding feedback hostage is only a way of maintaining positive feedback even if your a crappy seller. The desire to cover ones ass in a business sense is very understandable though. Many ppl rely on that extra income to build skis etc so while my opinion as a buyer is stated above I cannot say I wouldnt hold feedback as well after selling enough items and dealing with the average customer enough times. One can get understandably irritated. This is also why I really dont use ebay much anymore.

I got screwed 2x on sellers holding feedback. I bought 2 video cameras that did not work. I paid for both right away. They were Guaranteed to be in good working order and neither of them worked.
I tried to get a refund and offered to pay shipping to send the item back. Both refused and both left me 'Negative' for leaving them a 'Negative'. Total BS.:bs2:

that sucks like i said there are a lot of p.o.s. people out there. it goes both ways too though, there are tons of people who bid on items and then don't pay you can't leave them negative either or they will hit you back. some people think the sale is over when they pay. i think it's over if you can complete the transaction without being an a-hole.

crooked, backwards, and my largest BIATCH about ebay, is the fact that sellers can hold us BUYERS hostage that way.
I have learned that if they are confident in the product they are selling, and confident that they can resolve any issue a buyer has, they will leave feedback as soon as they get payment, and then rely on comunication, and the trueness of the product to do the rest.

just wait for the last day and last few hrs to leave a neg. If you check your feedback listing for item to be feedback from you you will notice that the item is gone from your pages after few month.

I dont think Ebay works that way anymore, now if you leave a feedback in the last few hours, it gives time for a response.
Thats a shame too, that was my favorite way to leave true honest feedback for the scumbag sellers that would hold my good feedback positive.

if the buyer as a problem with any of my item they have to contact me ASAP via email and I do reply to email several time a day, then return item for full refund with shipping back if item is proven defective.
In my history of eBay I had 3 item that the buyer did not like 1 of the buyer contacted me and returned the item for full refund as soon that I got the item back. one guy lately got the wrong carb from me and I told him to return the carb for full refund plus shipping and as soon as I will get the carb I will refund , instead he contacted eBay and pay pal and they opened a case and basically told him to return the item to me and he will be credited is full refund but not the shipping so he lost $$ because he did not trusted me to bad for im. and other guy got a hood seal from a 300 sx Kaw in great shape but he was going to put it on a 300 js and he wasn't happy that I will not refund until I get the item back on hand then he told eBay that he trashed the hood seal since it will not work for him. the moral of this is anywhere you purchase anything you have to return item to the store or to the seller before getting refund. that guy with the hood seal left me a neg feed back after the first email from me requesting the part back for full refund.
as a seller I leave feedback after my customer is completely happy with the parts, I have lots of customer that have purchased from me several time.
I had several customer that have bid but not paid for item and that really piss me off I have ask eBay to strike those user but they never do. eBay is not doing much regarding the sale contract as bid are a contract that you have to paid for it.
hey any of you guy have purchase from me on eBay and paid with pay pal you will see that I use my real name for every transaction I don't have to hide behind a hotmail acc to sell my item.
wow this was a long one, sorry guy if I have bored you

As a buyer I always request feedback as soon as my payment to the seller is confirmed. I also stress to the seller that I will leave them positive feedback as soon as I receive the item. When I sell I am confident that I have described things honestly and leave positive feedback the minute I know the buyer has paid. I also send an email requesting that if the buyer has any questions or problems to please contact me to make things right. I wish everyone did the same.

harry/sally and 1mellbell are horrid for keyword spamming. I would buy stuff from h/s if he had what I need, but there is no reason to be looking at every item he is selling when I am looking only for Blowsion products.
