I've got a gas grill, charcoal grill, smoker and turkey fryer.
do we want to cook a big meal for dinner on Saturday night?
I'd like to take the weekend off and just ride - but if everyone will pitch in and help prepare food, it won't be such a big burden on me and it's kinda tradition by now...

Not necessary---just cruise in the golf carts across the highway and get some of the best food in Crystal Beach...:headbang:

I am thinking about doing some spicy a$$ jerk chicken. I was thinking about 15lbs of wings and legs. Fair warning, this stuff is pretty stout. I will do 2 batches, 1 not so bad, 1 meltdown. This and some pasta salad kicked in by the wifey.
Do we have a head count?

I might bring my little chrcoal grill. I am fimiliar with how it cooks and got my technique down. I don't mind doing the jerk, it is GOOD! We finally found a very authentic marinade. I do warn that the hot is enough to ruin you on other hot stuff. Got to love the Scotch-Bonnet pepper.
Moon- I will make some for the fall ride.
